Here’s your February 2021 Housing Market Update for Johnson County, KS!
As of February 24th, 2021, there are only 268 single family homes for sale in Johnson County that are priced up to $700,000. This is down from 346 available homes in that price range a month ago. For families looking for a home priced at $500,000 or below, there are only 144 active listings in all of Johnson County! This is down from 186 available homes Jan. 25th.
What can buyers expect when looking for a home right now?
It’s a highly competitive market for buyers right now.
